Coco Peat Blocks 650g

Coco peat is washed, sun-dried & compressed into 650g blocks. This product is popular for home gardening.  Cocopeat  has a unique ability to withstand high compaction force without leaving its beneficial qualities. Hydrate the blocks slowly by using 8 liters of water and allow the moisture to be fully absorbed. Once the block is completely reconstituted to get the yield 9-11 liters.

How to prepare Coco blocks for growing plants?

During the manufacturing process Cocopeat are sorted, buffered and washed before it is compressed into blocks. As a result this takes up little space to store and transport with ease. In order to use it as potting soil or cultivation, one has to add water it slowly and the block begins to expand.

Water it with as much water which could be completely absorbed.

A compressed block should be in the water for at least one hour before using. The final volume of the expanded block depends on the block’s weight, specification & the amount of water added. For an example a block of 650g can expand to volume 9-11 L and soak up to 9 liters of water.
